What sets us apart is the extreme care we take in creating quality movement, i.e. form, in our clientelle. We all move—a lot! And our movements adhere to certain fundamentals. Picking something off the floor? That’s a deadlift. Kneeling to tie your shoe? That’s a lunge. Putting a suitcase in the overhead compartment? That’s an overhead press. As we go through life we need to keep these movements tuned and strong.
